Coronavirus Update

COVID-19: Keeping Our Guests and Staff Safe.

There is no higher priority to our Lincoln Square Service team than the safety of our guests and employees.

In order to limit contact, we are accepting curbside and dropbox drop-off appointments. Please contact us for the most current details, procedures and hours.

We know that in this time of crisis, it is critical that we make it possible for you to get where you need to go and to help family and friends. We are here to keep you mobile during the national coronavirus emergency. For the safety and protection of our guests and teammates, we are taking necessary precautions to ensure a safe environment inside our store, including daily disinfection of the guest lounge, restroom, service and counter areas, as well as high-traffic, high-touch surfaces.

Our management team is vigilantly monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state and local health agencies to assess and respond appropriately as the situation evolves and to ensure our team follows the directives and guidance of government and public health officials. We also are practicing social distancing and ask that our guests do the same where practical.

We are following the Business Prevention Guidelines as recommended by the Center for Disease Control (CDC):

Actively encouraging sick employees to stay home
Emphasizing respiratory etiquette and hand hygiene by all employees:
  • Placing CDC posters that encourage staying home when sick, cough and sneeze etiquette, and hand hygiene in workplace areas
  • Providing tissues and no-touch disposal receptacles
  • Instructing employees to clean their hands often with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60-95% alcohol, or wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Soap and water should be used preferentially if hands are visibly dirty.
  • Providing soap and water and alcohol-based hand rubs in the workplace. Ensuring that adequate supplies are maintained. Place hand rubs in multiple locations to encourage hand hygiene.
Performing routine environmental cleaning:
  • Routinely cleaning all frequently touched surfaces, such as workstations, countertops, and doorknobs.
  • Providing disposable wipes so that commonly used surfaces (for example, doorknobs, keyboards, remote controls) can be wiped down before each use.
