The building where Lincoln Square Service INC., is located, has operated as an auto repair and service shop since 1928. In 1980, Mr. Sung Lee (previous owner) bought the business and performed general automotive repairs and services. Also, Mr. Lee delivered his customers quality work for competitive prices. Mr. Lee devoted 23 years of service and expanded his clientele. During his last years of service at the shop, Mr. Lee was searching for a qualified, honest, and competent auto technician to take over his business.

In 1998, Mr. Lee met Mr. Carmelo Rios who came with a vast history of experience, knowledge, and communication skills in this business industry. Mr. Rios was hired as a General Manager as part of Mr. Lee’s plans for retirement. In 1999, Mr. Rios worked his way up from manager to business partner. In 2003, Mr. Rios bought the business from Mr. Lee. Although it changed hands, nothing has changed about how Mr. Rios does business at LSSI. As a result, the shop continues to grow due to referrals from our customers.

Also, we want to build the loyalty of our customers by always making sure that our customers completely understand what will be done to their vehicles and that we meet the demand on repairs and services through innovation and commitment to excellence.
